About William
William is represented by Vital Management.
'He's far too nice... he glides in like David Cameron's less-aggressive younger brother; his neatly parted hair perfect, his handshake firm' Waitrose Food Illustrated
Many people wonder whether there’s much demand for an etiquette and protocol consultant in this fast-paced day and age, but as William will tell you unflinchingly, you only have to look at people going about their time-precious lives to see that he could be cloned to good effect, as people are persistently being rude, inconsiderate and generally ghastly.
Born in 1989, William is widely regarded as the UK’s youngest trusted authority on etiquette and protocol. In fact, he’s probably one of the world’s youngest etiquette experts which gives him a contemporary and relevant view of the issues facing his generation and their integration into society as a whole.

Even though he is a slip of a lad (well, maybe ‘lad’ is not quite the word) William has worked with some of Britain’s leading brands, including the National Lottery, easyGroup, Fox’s Biscuits, and Elizabeth Shaw Chocolatiers.
William understands that good manners and etiquette, which are based on common sense, should be universal. He strives to incorporate their proper use in a 21st century context, helping everyone to become more aware of, and sensitive to, the ways in which they conduct their lives.
When he’s not stretched out on his sofa relaxing in his toweling robe watching repeats of Lark Rise to Candleford, or tending his renowned terrace herb garden, William provides first-class training and is a trusted advisor to private households, business & cultural organisations and schools alike, and has worked for several VIPs. He is a tutor for leading etiquette and private household management consultants The English Manner.
William regularly contributes to global media not only as an etiquette expert but also as an astute social commentator. In fact, he’s frequently on the radio and television these days. And as for magazines, William loves little more than popping into Waitrose to pick up two or three publications in which he’s currently featured… and that’s just in the UK! William is in hot demand overseas, too. To see a sampling of his media work, please refer to the media page.
An experienced public speaker, William is frequently requested to share his thoughts about his career and focused views on modern behaviour. This spring, William delivered a well-received string of talks in The People’s Republic of China. He enlightened lucky audiences in Western etiquette and customs to much acclaim.
In January 2012, William helped set the Guinness World Record for the 'Longest Curtsey Relay in 5 Minutes' in New York, thus making him the world's first World Record Breaking etiquette expert.
As you can probably tell, William is not your garden variety modern ‘young person’. Friends say that he is a 50-year-old trapped inside the body of a 22-year-old. They are probably right.
